Tumpang Grant.

Mesjid Cina?
Mesjid Bukit China ada ,mesjid Cina takda.
Whose idea was it?
Is there any mesjid Melayu in Madina?
or anywhere in the world?
If there is one I wanted to go there and performed my Salatul Mesjid 2 rakayat.
Futher, whose money is it going to be build on?.
Thus, after Mesjid Cina then one could apply for Tanah perkuburan Cina Muslim.Solely for Chinese Muslim.
What sort of non sense.
Kubur is kuburlah.
No chinese Muslim kubur or mosque
or Mesjid India,Kubur Indian Muslim!!!!!!bengep!!!!!

oiiiiii..Chinese Muslim,Malay Muslim,Indian Muslim,Mat Saleh Muslim,Jawa Muslim,Boyan Muslim,Madura Muslim,Batak Muslim, and all Muslim of the world fill up Mesjid Wilayah and Mesjid PutraJaya lah.
The saf during the fardu is sad in numbers.
Buck uplah kangkong!!!!!!
Having Mesjid India is problemetic enough administratively with DBKL.
Flighting among traders to find a spot for buisness is normal.
Whose money are they going to built on?
The rakyat's money?
hmmmmmm.......too any agenda hasn't been fulfil,man.
Buck up!

Case 2.

Hj.Juno(not real name),a hard working decent fellow decides to buy a piece of land to built his dream home for his family. All his sweat and life saving. He is the ealry immgrant during economic boom of late 70's.
At that phase in time, life was easy.
Beaucratic procedure was less hussle.
Though he could apply for mycard,he didn't,instead he got myPR as good my card .Great ,good enough.
His children were born here and got their mycard.Bravo.

Come Mamat, the broker for the land owner, approaches Hj.Juno, knowing fully well his dream to purchase a piece of land, at a very reasonable price of RM10,000.00 for 11/4acre.
Its a MCL land which means an Agriculture Malay Reserve land.Find.
Thought Hj.Juno, that is precisely what he wanted for my family,a decent home which are built upon hard work and determination.

Not knowing, the fact of the Land is a Grant besar, which means its a big chalk piece of land of 4 acres subdivide into 3 lots of 2 acres,11/4 and 3/4 acres respectively. Inserted in the grant,is 8 other names as a co joint owner of the piece of land.

In principle Hj.Juno agreed to the sale transaction in inserting his sons name into the grant, knowing fully well he is only a joint co-ownwer of the piece.
But his share of piece is only the 11/4 acre.
Identified verbally by the broker.
That is his piece agreed and paid for.

As a bait, the land broker sweet talk him that 11/4 acre that he purchase could be sub divided further into small plots to built 24 small unit of 3 bedrooms houses for let or for sale.
In others words the smiling Hj.Juno could strike rich.
It will improve his social standing among his tribe that is Jawa!
It is every migrant dreams in a milk and honey dreamland Malaysia.

His shared was further sent to a Land surveyor to draw the plan for sub division,
but if order to built his dreams the sub division needed to be approved from the State authority.
That is where all the problems begans.

1.Yes,he did bought the piece and paid for 1 1/4 acres of land and his name was registed as a joint co-land owner in the land but where is the individual tittle?

2.Is is possible to get a individual title after being surveyed and identified its boundaries and submitted to the State Land office for approval but the consent of all joint land owner in writing and signatory is a preliquisit condition for the individual title to be issued by the PTG.

3.How to identified the existing co-land owner?
Are they still alife?
Do you know them?
Will they give their consent?

Nobody knows where the hell and who they are except the Penghulu of the mukim.
Thus, the aid of the Penghulu is vital only if he agrees to help.
Some penghulu are real son of a bitch.
Menyusahkan rakyat and are part of the land scam which caues manipulation of land fraud.

4.The plot however is legally transact but it is an unethical practice by land brokers to sell land only as joint co-owner to the piece of land because in the long process it creates immediated problems of transfering of lanf tittle to new land owner.
Thus Hj.Juno could not identified precisely which spot is his to built his dream house. All joint land owner has the equal access and equal right on all spot of the piece of land.Where is your precise spot Tuan Hj.?

5.Now Hj.Juno wanted to sell his plot for RM400,000 of MCL land of 1 1/4 acre.
Hj.!!!that is a big sum of money for a problematic piece of land at Sg.Chincin,Tuan.

My advise to Hj.Juno.
Sort the individual title Tuan Hj.
Any buyer comes with 'clean hands 'and
'those who come to equity come with clean hands'.

Bila Askar Gurka Buat Kerja.......

Money,Money,Money - ABBA.

I work all night, I work all day, to pay the bills I have to pay
Ain't it sad
And still there never seems to be a single penny left for me
That's too bad
In my dreams I have a plan
If I got me a wealthy man
I wouldn't have to work at all, I'd fool around and have a ball...

Money, money, money
Must be funny
In the rich man's world
Money, money, money
Always sunny
In the rich man's world
Aha-ahaaa
All the things I could do
If I had a little money
It's a rich man's world

A man like that is hard to find but I can't get him off my mind
Ain't it sad
And if he happens to be free I bet he wouldn't fancy me
That's too bad
So I must leave, I'll have to go
To Las Vegas or Monaco
And win a fortune in a game, my life will never be the same...

Money, money, money
Must be funny
In the rich man's world
Money, money, money
Always sunny
In the rich man's world
Aha-ahaaa
All the things I could do
If I had a little money
It's a rich man's world

Money, money, money
Must be funny
In the rich man's world
Money, money, money
Always sunny
In the rich man's world
Aha-ahaaa
All the things I could do
If I had a little money
It's a rich man's world

It's a rich man's world

Photos amazed me,some of the collection in my possession has been with me since schooling days, take this photo for instance,it was from the Times magazine dated somewhere in late 70's.

I cant precisely note the date of the mag issue but it has been a long while ago and on my bed wall since schooling days.
I wonder what happen to the boy?

'Lu apa pasal suka stem blues on E??
'mana lah gua tahu, guru gua ajar main Blues kat E,gua enjut E lah,
lain key mana gua tahu!!!!

That was the typical unscholarly musician conversation jamming the Blues.
Typically, after a few rounds at the local joint "The Artisan' Chepstow Place off Westbourne Park Villa Road.

Sleaky but lively joint, fully max on the weekends.
Chatting with Grand Wise Man from West Indies and mother Africa,Rail-roads worker, artisan,Rastafarian, the Jokes,Corkneys name it we are all there.
Nice intresting people, full with life battle stories.
Kinda of reasonable man on top of Clapham Omni Bus version.

That's my long life buddy,Boe.
I must say, apart from my other half, this man knows me like a book.
Nothing could I hide from him.
My life history,he could narrate it all.
We goes a long way and far too long to tell.
I love him like a brother and will always cherish the long brotherly friendship we have built over the years.
We practically went thru' thick and thin together.

Yes,mamak we are approaching 50's,dah maghrib beb!

Boe,a man with highest self-esteem,intelligent,witty and the hands is always they if you need one.

My Sahur with Chuck E In Love.

hmmmmm...been a while since I last blog, non what so ever intrest me at the moment.
Yeap, its another Ramadan, breaking the fast and off course the 'sahur'
Wakie...wakie...time to eat with sambal and ikan asin.
hmmmm.thats the working class food.
Sambal titik ikan asin kurau, the boney parts of it is yummy.
Nothing extra ordinary, just plain and simple rice with sambal would do.

My thought flew away years ago, waking up for 'sahur'with Ricky Lee Jones sexy voice on 'Chuck E In Love'.
Most morning that is the voice I love to hear.
Husky and appealing to me and her guitar playing reminds me of my Gal Aimi's in Melbourne.
How's your guitar playing dear and off course the Ramadan down under.
Aimi's pick up the guitar while waiting for her SPM result 3 years ago.

Ricky Lee Jones acoustic playing is one cool cat.
I wish I could embedded it the lastest of 'Chuck E In Love' but it was not permitted but you could view it via the same page.
Same beautiful voice, sexy and appealing of course.
Yes,she must be same age as me now.

Old hippy never die they just turn new leaves.

I listen and listen and listen again.

Nearest I could get is Andrea Bocelli and I tried everything even to an owl voice.
Try his'Per Amore' ie.My Love.
Manifico con sei.Alfera Deles, per dua soldi, mio pardre compro(Two by two as my father promise).
Lyric from an Italian folk rhythem from the song Topolino ie.The Rat.
Its an Italian expression of full satifaction or content.
We say Alhamdullilah.

As Simon says its 'totaly breeze of fresh air' and ' a little lump of coal that will turn into diamond' and absolutely a big YES.

Yeap he did turn himself into a diamond and am following his development with tense.
Thanks Dato Cpt.Rahim for the eye opener.Indeed never judge the book by its cover.

The Mestro in Town !!!!!

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
UP-DATES 15/4/08
Just on of my lucky days.Went to Istana Budaya this morning for advance reservation on the Saturday show.
Yeap,5 tickets in a row,all in the family.
Out of the blues this CRV Honda park next to mine.I was already at the steps of the main entrance, come a convoy of an elderly with 3 other assistance.I look sharp at the elderly, yeap its him the Mestro.I have him all to myself for a few minutes chating along the steps of the main entrance.
After salam sembah,to Mestro,he gave me two peeek of kisses on the cheek, left and right.

wooops....what a day.My lucky pebbles I supposed.
Mestro must be about 80 now.Did asked him about Mohammad Riskki, the one on vocal in in cd's Shalawat Nabi, weather he is accompanying him.
No acording to him and he told me he meet Mohammad Riskki at a pesentran while he is having a quite comtemplation in life journey and couch him througout for the album.I asked about the Keroncong Mestro Pak Gersang,he smile away.
Of all day I was not able to take a shot coz' I didn't bring along either my digital camera or the hand phone camera either.
I reckon God wants us to meet that way,not the normal fan meeting but a meeting of mind between a respectable murshid and a murid.
God all Knowing.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Yeap....el Mestro Pak Idris Sardi in town.
Link here
It been a long time since I last seen him played. It was way back in 1972,on the Proclamation of City of Kuala Lumpur at Panggung Anniversary Lake Garden.
The Mayor then was allahyarham Tan Sri Yackob Latif if I am not mistaken.
Man...!!!I was amased by the playing then.
'Mawar Berduri' and 'Seroja' among the hits those days.

As they say 'old vintage wine' still the best
Am able to pick up violin and able to tune in a few folks songs myself.
Its my third instrument after ,cak-cuk,mandolin,harmonic harp and blues harp, gambus(oud),dendang Jawa and off course the guitar.
Would love to see Emilia Contessa on stage again with him and Pak Idris on keroncong scale.
His latest with Muhammad Riski on vocal tittle 'Idris Sardi dan Jakarta Philhamonic Orkestra Dengan Muhammad Riski' is a 5 star rating.
It put ours to shame.Done by local, arranged by local and played by local.
No need the 'Conductor Orang Bulek Dong?'orang kita bisa!
No wonder the 'Rasa Sayang' issue was swept under the carpet.

Originality and feel mamat!!!!!!!!!
Looking forward for the show, really on Satuardy.

Call Me Otie ......if you want

This oldies reminds me of Cathay cinema next to the historic Malacca River.
Big colourful poster and long queue if the film played a box office.
Its adds to the growing up moment for boys and gals plus also grandpa and ma too.

Casablanca was a hit in the early black and white era.
In the early 70's it was shown as cheap matinee at Cathay.
It only cost me 25 cents and no queing hussle.
The Saturday matinee early morning show.
It turn me into into a freaky fan of Humprey Borgart,Warren Betty,Ingrid Bergman,Frank Sinatra,James Dean, the beautiful Italian Queen of films Sopiah Loren hmmm.....mama mia tu solamente belissimo amore.

Yes,'Rebel without A Cause', played by James Dean and Mylyne Monroe (the sexy looking trying to be actress) but a definate can't beat my beauty Sophia Loren.
It was also shown on Sat cheap matinee at Cathay.
Surprise, surprise it was a smashing hit in the U.States.For film critique its the beginning of a new gendre in films making.Very much influence by Jack Kerouch novel 'On the Road' and 'Buddah Bums'

However I enjoyed 'SiButa dari Gua Hantu'too.Played by Farok Aferoo.
Played at Sevoy cinema. The 3rd.rated cinema in town.
Now it a run down,so do good ole' Cathy,Rex,Odean and Capitol cinema.

Why built new one when the old structure is still solid?
With major restoration and perservation added new sonar sensesound and acoustic proffing it could turn in a modern cinema plax with mini theather hub for culture activities.
I was at the Dewan Hand Tuah a while back.It is in a sad stage.I remember seeing Jeffry Din and A.Ramlee in 1966 at the dewan.Yeap, the 'A Go-Go' era.

I am sure with major overhaul and restoration it could be like any 1st class auditorium but nothing like Syney Opera House or Tate Art Gallery.
Why turn it in a haunting ground for mosquitos to breed.
The riverwalk is right across and a beaut.

Malaccan!!!!! are you all up to the level????

Yes,back to the story board.
The mean looking guy,Farok Afero was a hit to me.
To me he represent me.
The mean looking guy.
Nobody love baddies even with a golden heart.
Heros must always be rich, handsome, drives a fast car not forgetting beautiful gals.I reckon James Bond set the precedent and baddies on the big bike and sleeky.Very mucy influence by Clint Eastwood 'Hell Angles'
How come? Sadly that how film producer dictates the filming world.Bollywood or Hollywood prime motivator.Image sells.
Hero wins no matter how.

Try watching him playing as dad in 'Achirnya Sebuah Impian'(notice the spelling diffrence) now it 'Akhir' but with Javaness enscript consonant will always begins with the alphabet D.
My ayah signitory till today begins with D followed by Jalius thus make it Djalius.Llloyds begins with D'Llloyds and so on.

Anyway, back to the film, the mean father played by Farok Aferoo and Brorey Marantika his son and the poor gal next door,Emilia Contessa, was hit and runs which causes her blind, ending the rich guy falling in love to a poor gal.
The angry dad,Farok, mad at his son on the freaky accident and the punchline goes like this

'sialan... anak-anak sekarang bawa mobil gila-gilan,gampangan,tidak fikir akan keselamatan siapa dijalanan.
Apa lu fikir itu jalan lu sembarangan!

The dramatic impact on the intonation used was superb.
Bung Yamin (Benyamin S)the pacifier ,who could forget his witty hillarious punchline.
Something like 'Benny Hill Show' or 'Two Ronnies' a comedy sit-com.

hmmm... jolly good humour and jolly good days too.
Good old films.

Reallocate the sunken Titanic - DSAI San

Dato Sri Annuar Ibrahim facinates me.
Its something in a man,the natural qualities of a man which stand up tall among league of nation, despite the sage we all knew via MSM and the jailing episode,
he is without a bit of a doubt stands tall an able charismatic leader.

Able he is.........

Let's move on.......

I found an intresting comment from Jalan Sudin blogspot on her weekly Tuesday With Bapak.

**The comment was made by Fadhallalah on the topic.
I can't resist to copy and paste.

hmmmmmmmm..............next!!!!!!!

==================

The saga of Anwar vs Mahatir and how Anwar was pinned down in 1998 can only be captured by Chinua Achebe in his acclaimed book: A Man of the People which he wrote 45 years ago. By then, Anwar was in High School. The author of the book is a Nigerian intellectual of immense knowledge and unparalleled literature critic. The African icon talked about politics of demonization and character assassination in relation to nations, their colonial powers in the then emerging Africa which has gained independence in the early sixties.

The writer wrote the book in the wake of Africa’s independence where close to 35 countries have gained independence in the early sixties simultaneously. By then, the most important thing was independence. Africans were happy to have chased out the whites and reclaimed Africa. They hated any African who collaborated with the Whites by then. A traitor he was called. Te writer however wasn’t happy because as he captured in his epic book, the new African leadership will cause misery, pain, corruption, nepotism, greed and suffering. They will do worse than the chased out Whites. In order to sustain themselves, the writer foresaw all evils and machinations. By then, what he wrote didn’t happen but he prophesized. However, in the same year that he has published his book in 1966, what he wrote happened almost in a prophetic way.

Achebe wrote that whenever an African leader will feel the heat of a strong leader in his government, and that he can’t remove him through popular vote or casual sacking; his only method will be to blackmail him and relate him to foreign powers and accuse him of treason. Remember, Africans were happy to have gained independence; so anyone who was accused of treason was a villain and cursed. This was when Tunku was the PM by the way. The book has no relation to Malaysia but it talked about how desperate leaders will handle tough competitors ruthlessly.

Ironically, the book gives a fictional example of how such leaders will handle their worthy competitors. In the set up, there is a powerful PM and a powerful and popular Finance Minister. Chinua writes that the PM instructs the Finance Minister to “salvage” some companies as he needs to woo voters for the next elections and also as he has shares in those companies. Typically what Mahatir did to Anwar; albeit Mahatir wanting to salvage his sons’ companies.

However, the Finance Minister declines that order saying it will harm the nation since there was a economic recession and that the economy couldn’t sustain such a venture. The PM is enraged and he moves against his powerful and popular Finance Minister. He sacks him and his close friends on one night. The next day people come to the streets and protest saying the Finance minister was a good man (typically Anwar too). Knowing that he can’t convince people easily; the PM resorts to treason charges. He addresses the nation and even sheds tears in live coverage accusing his Finance Minister “of working with foreign saboteurs to destroy the nation.” The media is government controlled (typically Malaysia) and they do the spinning.

Many people buy the PM’s story and even start blaming the Finance minister whom they regarded as good yesterday. The Finance Minister is jailed, his hand broken and his house raided. (What happened to Anwar) and his close companions create a new party. It is after a long struggle that the people come to know the truth, after the PM’s government is overthrown by the military due to excesses, cronyism and corruption. Prophetically, this happened in Nigeria in 1966 and the book was nicknamed: The Prophetic Book. The writer was even jailed briefly and he fled the nation later.

In our context, this is what has happened in Malaysia. Mahatir knew Malays hated Jews since they mistreat the Palestinians and knowing that Anwar was a man of grassroots and a Malay nationalist who was also more mannered than he was and who probably has the best wife and children given to any male Malay political leader today, he had to accuse Anwar of working with the Jews to destroy Malaysia. I have never seen a more prophetic incident than what Chinua Achebe wrote in his book. However, in Malaysia, there is no military takeover but people’s takeover. What Mahatir did to Anwar is what Chinua Achebe explained in his time immemorial book.

The fact remains Anwar is far the most loyal and lovely son of Malaysia. Only that he is smarter than his Malay contemporaries by being a go getter politician who has extensive networks and foreign knowledge to know how to market himself and Malaysia. His competitors and UMNO warlords lack that finesse, so they resort to character assassination and base accusations. Thank God that we came along way as a nation to know much. They say Anwar works with Jews. Absolutely there is nothing he did nor has cheate anyone. However, working with Jews is neither a crime nor an anti-Islam undertaking in the first place. Our Prophet (pbuh) did work with them as he built his nation. The question is: did Anwar support the Palestinian cause? Yes he did more than Mahatir. For Badawi, he is not aware of what Palestinians are. Talking to your enemy, engaging your enemy, learning your enemy, outmaneuvering and befriending your enemy for both tactical and strategic reasons and humanistic reasons are measures that can only be taken by few chosen and highly intelligent men and women. The unfortunate thing however, is that some poor Malays and intellectually handicapped Mahathirites engage in flimsy issues for personal greed and grandstanding. It is interesting that Mahatir has to pay millions in order to have a photo with US leaders and accuse others of treason simply that they are more influential than him. Pathetic.

Mahatir destroyed our institutions because he wanted to an institution himself. Israel is strong today for one reason: good institutions. Israel's chief enemy Hassan Nasarallah of Hezbollah said last year: “I love Israel for one reason: Israel is a nation that draws its strength from its institutions and that’s why it wins because no Israeli leader can elevate himself above the interests of the nation for personal gain. But Muslim leaders always want to the institutions themselves and we always lose.” Mahatir, we have lost because of you. You want to be declared a semi-god. Thank God that Anwar is on his way to Seri Perdana willy-nilly. Go and scream if you want.

Anwar’s case also reminds what happened to his best friend: incumbent Turkish PM who is also facing new challenges today. They almost suffered the same fate but the two men who are loyal to each other comfort each other always. Anwar was the 1st foreign leader to be welcomed by the Turkish PM after he won the re-election convincingly in July 2007. He also has 25 year relationship with the Turkish President who is a close allay of the PM and he too suffered the same fate. It is a log story but they are men of substance and ability. Truth can't be submerged however long it takes to dawn because that's against the creation order of God.

UPDATES

****Another comment by Annon from the same posting
One man meat, others man poison,I guess and I remain impartial.

To answer Amir's question 1.

It was Anwar that corrupts UMNO. not the other way around. the mid 90's money politics... Being finance minister, Anwar was rather powerful and it was a period of good money. He bought men but somehow Anwar's plan to challenge DrM at that time did not materialise.. Alhamdulillah. UMNO was a lot different in the old days, prior to anwar's entry. And his legacy of money politics carries through in UMNO. picked-up by young KJ..

Now comes an interesting new topic....
KJ used to be a great admirer of Anwar.
Is he still? After Anwar's release from prison - wasn't he the guy that brought Anwar's passport to Anwar's home? What was that!??? Does he really have to do that? so necessary? Can't they use Fedex?

Now we all know one of the reason of BN major lost was the KJ factor. Is KJ working on the inside to destroy UMNO- now seems possible with the current hu-ha - and that's a new conspiracy i'm beginning to see .

It's interesting to see the links between the two. Both seems to have good links with singapore anyway.....

I cant see a person that goes around the world to gain foreign support as futuristic.

From the days when Al Gore was in KL, till recently in India trying to get India's PM support on Hindraf (he did not succeed btw), that to me smells some intent of insincerity . definitely not my leader.

In the 70's every students is rebellious. Anwar seems at home with street protest, even after he was sacked as DPM in th late 90's. not much progress there. back to the future...

If anwar is such a forward thinking, it would be something else. something unorthodox.

charisma alone is not enough. I've listened to his speeches. BIG TOUGH words though..don't know what they means sometimes. And sometimes i felt he does not know what they mean either.
Well most people get impressed anyway.

but i still prefer the plain simple words of DrM. those simple words is so straight and easy to understand. What he says always worth listening. and Pak Lah speeches?. I rather watch TV3 cerekarama

Teringatkan Sri Kandi Negara - Allahyarhama Katijah Sidik

Persoalannya adakah kaum lelaki kita begitu lemah hingga gagal memertabatkan bangsanya?

Bak kata Sri Kandi Negara yang tidak dilagukan Allahyarhama Katijah Sidek

'...sekiranya lelaki Melayu gagal memertabatkan Bangsa Melayu maka tanggong-jawab itu jatoh kepada Wanita Melayu'

Sending memo is the order of any admistrative function. The bulk of memo sent by superior to the supporting staff at times are mind bloggling.

Dia datang dengan 'wahyu' atau 'dia diberi wahyu',is an administrative lingo meaning 'instruction from the top'.Off course we respect rank and order and authority. But pleased for havent sake sort it in humane ways.

I was taught 'Kemanusiaan Sejangat'.
I was taught to love my neighbour.
I was taught to keep away from troble.

But surprise suprise todays its vice versa.

All it means is TDM ada 'ANAK JANTAN'

The supporting team is sending a Memo to the superior. For constitutional and Admistrative lawyers, the bulk and delegeted responsibility are in question!!!
It has always been in question for the past 20 years.

Its the truth on whether separation of powers really do exist in reality?
Piles of administrative law cases could recided.

It was a diffrent then.A school with no basic ammenities.

We do not have a library at school.Even the canteen was a rundown.
Horrible school toilet and dripping water when it rains.
I was so call student leader of the school then.
It was at Adabi Maharani in 1977.

But this is vice versa.

I suggest the the would be Minister of Kementerian Pendidikan to set Public Specking as a co-co and all schools has speckers corner.

12th March 2008

Dato' Seri,

Let me take this opportunity to thank you Datuk Seri for your leadership and for allowing me and giving the trust to contest at the recent general elections as a candidate for Jerlun. With the support, hard work and the blessing of the party's leadership and the party machinery and the people of Jerlun, I have won the elections and am now a new Member of Parliament.

However, sadly enough, my victory is rendered meaningless in view of the defeat that Umno and the Kedah BN suffered in the hands of the opposition. Apart form Kedah, four other states as well as the Federal Territories also received similar humiliation in defeat.

In fact your own state of Penang was wrested by the DAP from the BN. Kelantan is again under Pas rules. In other states, the BN also suffered a similar humiliation when the level of BN support by the people has tremendously reduced. This, Datuk Seri, has never happened in the history of BN rule.

The sole intention of my letter to you is meant to save UMNO and BN from being rejected further by the people and from being no longer relevant to our religion, race and nation.

Dato' Seri, the people are unhappy and the message from them is very clear, and that is they have rejected you as the nation's chief executive.

Contrary to your claim that you still have the support of Umno and other component parties, the reality is that even our own party members had reneged in their voting pattern by supporting the Opposition and inflicting the BN its defeat.

Dato' Seri, when the people held street demonstrations you openly dared them to resort to the ballot boxes to demonstrate.

They took your challenge by coming out, especially tho people in the Peninsular, and they demonstrated their feelings by voting us out at the BN at State and Parliament levels.

It is therefore clear that your leadership and your handling of the issues faced by the people and the nation are no longer accepted. Let's not deny the truth just for the sake of keeping your seat as Prime Minister.

For the love of this country and the people, I beg that you take responsibility for the defeat. We can save UMNO, the BN and the nation only if you relinquish your positions as Prime Minister and the President of UMNO.

Dato' Seri, I hope you will understand that I make this plea with the intention of salvaging a very dire situation. A move has been made to woo the BN representatives to join the Opposition. The enemy needs just 35 seats more to topple the government of your leadership.

If you do not resign in the near future, I fear that the situation will become untenable and that the Malay support for Umno and BN will be a thing of the past.

This plea I make without malice, and I am aware that your reaction and that of other UMNO members could very well be hostile.

But come what may, I am prepared, for the sake of the Malays and UMNO, to face the consequences of my action. With all humility, I leave my fate to Allah SWT.

Dato' Seri, I am sure that you will do the right thing for the sake of the people and the nation. May Allah SWT bless you for the sacrifice you make by stepping down.

Wasallam

Yours Sincerely

Mukhriz Mahathir
Jerlun Member Parlament

I spoke to Mukhriz to confirm that he had, indeed, sent the letter to the PM and Umno President. He confirmed it but declined to discuss details of the letter. It didn't matter because I had already obtained a copy from my own sources.
Since my "teaser" yesterday, mykmu has published Mukhriz's letter here.

Q&A:Tun Mathatir Mohammad press interview yesterday Sunday 9/3/08
Khairy to blame for BN's electoral defeat
Mar 9, 08 9:05pm
I think his son-in-law played a big role (in the defeat). This young man who has no achievements before but apparently the PM listens to him. said Mahathir at a press conference.

Are you surprised by the results?

Mahathir: I think it’s shocking. Although I expected BN to lose but I did not think that they lost five states.

I'm sorry that I made the wrong choice in Pak Lah. I never expected a PM to reverse all the policies of the government. So I think the people on the whole must have been very angry. All the three communities, the Chinese, the Malays and the Indians, have reacted.

Will Tun pressure Pak Lah to resign?

I think he should accept responsibility for this. Just as in 2004, the huge majority, the huge victory was purportedly due to him 100 percent. Now he should accept 100 percent of the responsibility.

What do you mean by taking responsibility?

He has destroyed Umno, destroyed BN. And he has to be responsible for this terrible defeat.

If he doesn't want to take responsibility, do you think that Umno will do something to make him go?

I think Umno people on the ground are fearful of this man as they have never been before. During my time they would challenge me. Here I was not allowed to speak. I was given invitations to give talk to Umno members but these were withdrawn. They say that the police told them to withdraw it.

When you say ‘step down’, do you mean (from) Umno or PM?

I think he should (step down). The Japanese would have performed ‘hara-kiri’. I think that Najib (Razak) has done very well. He has scored an amazing victory, more than the 2004 elections.

What do you think led to this defeat?

I think his son-in-law (Khairy Jamaluddin) played a big role. This young man who has no achievements before but apparently the PM listens to him more rather than the police, the special branch and the armed forces, who are closer to the ground. They were so taken up with their own newspaper reports that they couldn't hear anything else. They dismissed everything they didn't like.

Do you think the timing of the election was a miscalculation?

It can be called a miscalculation but I doubt if they had waited another year, the results would have been any different.

What were the issues which led to the loss of the states?

Many issues led to the pent-up feelings of the citizens of which despite the economic growth, the people aren't feeling anything. They feel the rise in the cost of living a big factor. They also see that this government is run by one family. When family takes precedence over cabinet, over government, then people will be against it.

Do you think this damage is permanent for BN?

Everything can be reversed if you do things properly. They have been so arrogant that they have suppressed any opinions they don't like and believe in their own reports which are not consistent with what is really happening in the country.

With the opposition making so much inroads in Malaysia, what do you think will happen?

Well, there will be instability for some time. If the opposition is good, they should be able to remedy the situation.

Do you think that Anwar Ibrahim is still relevant?

I think he is relevant but he is not going to become the prime minister of this country.

If you were in Pak Lah's shoes, would you be in a hurry to form the government?

I would take responsibility. If the people want me to resign, I would resign.

After this setback, do you think that Barisan has any hope to remedy this situation?

There is hope. But whether the leaders have the will to repair BN is another question.

Who should succeed Pak Lah?

Najib won by 26,000 votes and this is much more than in 2004 when the BN was very, very popular. On the other hand, Pak Lah - who had a majority of 18,000 before - only has a majority of 11,000 now. The fact is that he lost a number of votes. And there are not many people who have improved (their majority) since 2004.

Yes, his son-in-law won but he only won by a small majority, smaller than previously. He was also in a safe seat.

How to cure Umno?

The person responsible should retreat.

If the Malays had not voted for opposition this would not have happened. Why did the Umno supporters vote for opposition this time?

They feel their situation is under pressure. Inflation is high. Their lives are on the line. The people know that you can say that there is 6 percent growth but where is the 6 percent on their body? They are having to spend more money.

I've said this to Malaysiakini. When you say 6 percent, it is an average. This can be achieved by one person having a very high percentage but the rest have nothing. You can't have this sort of figures and expect people to vote for you.

The intelligent people would know that this is not correct. Those that don't understand all these figures, rather be guided by what is actually happening to them. What is happening to them is the higher cost of living and a lowering of their standard of living.

Going back to the 1969 elections, after the Alliance had lost, you were one of the main agitators for the prime minister (Tunku Abdul Rahman) to transfer his powers to his deputy (Tun Abdul Razak)...

I am in a dilemma as I'm an Umno member.

Are you the agitator again?

I will voice out my opinion. If people ask, I will give my opinion. And my opinion in this matter is that the person responsible should step down.

Looking at the current BN line-up, do you think that the BN government can manage the economy?

No, I don't think they can manage. Even when they have full force and tons of money at their disposal they have not done anything.

Why?

You have to ask the state leaders.

Penang has fallen to DAP, how do you think this will affect the Malays?

It's not just about Penang. If we want to correct that, we have got Malay leaders, we've got a Malay government and the citizens who are Malay must know how to overcome their problems.

What can veterans like Tengku Razaleigh (Hamzah) do to help Umno at this juncture?

They can give ideas.

Is it to revolt and cause Pak Lah to resign?

I am not talking about a rebellion but there must be pressure. And if that pressure is ignored by Pak Lah, then this would turn the matter into a heated confrontation.

Do you think that the opposition success is attributed to Anwar?

I don't think it is so. This is more of something against BN than strong support for the opposition.

They (voters) have no choice. If you don't vote BN, who do you vote for? There are only two candidates. So you vote for the opposition or you don't vote at all. Either way, the BN was going to lose a lot of support.

People say that Umno is still afraid of Pak Lah. So how can they pressure Pak Lah to step down?

I'm sure that there are some brave members out there.

Are there any alternatives for Pak Lah other than to resign?

I don't see any other alternative. The man that is 100 percent responsible has to show that he is responsible.

Some people were saying if BN's two-thirds majority is denied, a repeat of May 13 would take place. Why won't it happen now?

No I don't think it would happen. In the first place, the police have been very careful, telling people no demonstration and no parades.

In 1969, the police gave permission for the opposition to hold a victory parade. And they went to Kampung Baru and started insulting the people there, which caused a reaction. This ended up as a riot. If the police remain strong on these demonstrations and victory parades, I don't think there will be any problems.

Is it time to end racial politics?

I'm going to tell you this (rejection of BN) involves all the races. It's not as if the Chinese reject BN or all the Indians reject BN. Here, you see Chinese, Indian and Malay reject BN except for Sabah and Sarawak.

Umno has retained more seats compared to the other component parties like MIC and MCA. Will they pressure Pak Lah to step down?

That depends on them to whether to apply pressure or not but the Barisan Nasional concept is still relevant. If there is no (MIC chief S) Samy Vellu, then find another Vellu.

Can you comment on Zam (Zainuddin Maidin)?

He won or lost? Oh, he lost. Well, the way he was campaigning was really funny, telling people to look at his face and how it doesn't change. But I think that a face that doesn't change can be very boring. Sometimes you must laugh, sometimes you must cry.

He was telling everybody "Ini muka tak bertukar, tak bertukar". Who is interested in his ‘wajar’? If he was Britney Spears, then….

If you had suffered the same defeat, would you have resigned too?

Yes, I would resign if that is the wish of the people. I've always abided by the wish of the people, so much so that people who were against me were brought back into the cabinet, and that includes Pak Lah, Syed Hamid (Syed Albar), Rais Yatim and (Abdul) Kadir Sheikh Fadzil. All these (leaders) were against me.

But when Pak Lah was elected vice-president, I cannot (not appoint him) as he was wanted by Umno. As such I appointed him back into the cabinet.

But you did not resign in 1999?

I did not because we won two-thirds. We won with full Chinese support. Yes, we lost Terengganu and Kelantan but we have always lost Kelantan and Terengganu was for very specific reasons.

Did BN lose because too many people like Samy Vellu had hung on to power too long?

I think that Samy Vellu played a big part in the defeat. When he was in BN, he doesn't allow any of the MIC people to come up to his level. If they come up (to be) deputy or vice-president, he will knock them down and even expel them from the party.

And he wouldn't allow any other Indian party to join BN. (MG) Pandithan tried to join, begged me to allow him and I wanted to agree but we have this consensus in BN that if one party doesn't agree we cannot accept them.

Are you surprised by (ISA detainee) M Manoharan's victory?

This has happened before in 1959 or is it 1964, when PAS used to go from village to village carrying the candidate's shoes and he won.

What can you say about the media’s - especially the mainstream ones' - role in this campaign? Do you think that there should be changes there?

There should be changes. They should report what actually happens and make a proper analysis. Before, they were able to feed back to me what was happening on the ground. Maybe, when they talk about races and things like that, I would have to clamp down on them, which I did in 1987.

Should all the bosses of the newspapers resign too?

They have their constraints. Some of them are my friends and supporters too and they apologise say that they can't help. "It's all this Kali. This Kali," they tell me.

Has Umno become irrelevant?

For the moment, yes. It's not always so. If Umno serves the country well, and looks after all the different races, then Umno will be relevant again.

What is your comment on the young BN candidates losing?

There is this rumour that some of these candidates are Khairy's and that he wants to be prime minister.

Do you think that other BN component leaders should resign too?

I think that one component leader has already been knocked out. As for Ong Ka Ting, it's up to him. This is a very bad defeat for him and MCA and it's never been this bad before.

Everyone says that PAS and DAP cannot work together but if they don't in Selangor and Perak, they can't form state government. What is your take on this?

If they work together they can form state government. If not, then representatives of Umno - if there are many - can form a minority government. But it will be a shaky government.

Are you sad with the results?

Yes, I am although I had hoped that a message would be sent to the government.

Will you return to active politics?

I won't return to active politics but if they want advice, I can give them. How can I return when once I stepped down they treated me like a pariah?

Politic, Borelitik or Borektik - Part 2

Almarhum Tan Sri Azizan bin Zainal Abidin (1932-2004)

Read a poem today by Faiz Ahmad Faiz like to share with you.

SPECK

speck,your lips are free.
speck,it is your tounge.
speck,it is your own body.
speck,your life is still yours.

See how in the blacksmith's shop
The flame burns wild,
the iron glows red,
The locks open their jaws,
and every chain begins to break.

Speck, this brief hours is long enough
Before the death of body and tounge.
Speck, 'cause truth is not dead yet,
Speck,speck
whatever you must speck

-Faiz Ahmad Faiz-
Poet 1911-1984

Politician come and go but leaders are born and groom for and with it.
You wish to challenge this bold statement.Pleased do.I'll be waiting.
Here's my facts.

Believe me,within a decade the new generation will forget a man very much sinonim with PUTRAJAYA AND PETRONAS.
Almarhum Tan Sri Azizan bin Zainal Abidin.Al.Fatiha.
An ophan from Penang whom together steered and steward our development to where we are today.Groom and brought up by the Che Teh's family and wed off to Almarhum Che Teh's beautiful daughter Yg.Bhg.Puan Sri Noraini Che Teh.
Bless with beautiful successful children.

I personnally met Almarhum Tan Sri, only on two occassion.
First, when he was still the Under Secetary with KDN way back in early 70's.
Yes..yes I know the Ops Lalang what so ever, even grouches by some quaters on the ISA issue, the Sidek Ghaous incident,Two Dollahs,Mamali's ,AKUI etc.etc, all are recorded history.
Second much later when he came to my cousin sister Maz wedding at kampong in 1994.
I can't remember much on the first meeting coz I was still a wee lad then, but I knew for sure his presence and personality then shows sign of an important man from Kuala Lumpur.
A personality where any reasonable 'kampong boy' would ditto copy.

I remember how envy I was with his shoes.
Real Black leather and shinning.
It was much later when I'm out of my cocoon,I knew one could buy a jolly good pair of imported of Locker,Bally,Clark,Salamander at either P Lal store,Johyti or have it custom made at Nam King cobblers along (used to)Jln.Medan Tengku Abd.Rahman, but it cost a fortune then.

The second meeting , when he was already a Tan Sri.
I recall him coming, drove with his family members all the way from KL to my little village ,unchauffered.
Being in position he still find time to be at my humble family home for the jubliant occassion.
Casually not over dress, eating at 'Majlis Kahwin orang kampong' just like any ordinary folks, genuine smile all along and humble.
I rememberd offering him a second helping of 'Nasi Minyak'

'...Tan Sri jemput tambah lagi......'

his answer was spontanous,in thick Penang accent,
'..lah...awat hang panggil formal-formal ni..Anam Izan aje dahlah!!
I recall his remark,.....hangkan anak Anam Malek!
Yes,Almarhum Pak Malek was my uncle and a father to me too.
He didn't have a son, only Maz my cousin sister whom we were brought up together.

Yes,ibok was a working lady,Mak Nyah, my aunt took care of my welfare and groom me all along my primary and secondary schooling years.
Lucky me, I have 3 diffrent fathers(an uncle, real father and step dad) which took care of my welfare, health and wealth.
All are my mentors and it was from all three I learn the facts of life.
Like a wise man advising his son,

'son!....anything good come from me,your father but
anything bad come from your willy"

The meeting was a short one.
From a reasonable man point of view, there is no way one could claim one is close to someone, after merely two short meeting.

It takes a life time to know a person.
His temprement, his honesty, his down to earth altitude.
However,I can assured you,Almarhum Tan Sri Azizan,
is a man with high intergrity ,respected and down to earth person despite all the status he attain in life.A character, only speck when are spoken to!

Here's my story,

It was Ramadan 2005,Me and my other half breaks our fast then at
The Alamanda ,Putrajaya open cafe.
After a short snack I proceed to Alamanda Surau for 'Jemmah Maghrib'.I miss the first takbir and proceed with the rest.
The Imam whom leads the prayers faces the Kiblat all the way till the sholat and doa is over. When its over, he stood up facing the jemaah.

Allahu Akhbar.
In a split second, this Imam looks precisely of late Tan Sri Azizan.
The personality and trade mark befits him.
I approached and whisper to him,

'..Tuan,wajah tuan seakan-akan mirip wajah Almarhum Tan Sri Azizan.
He didn't say a word and varnish in split second.

Lillah.I am willing to take a 'Bayyinah' coz it is the 'haq an'nas ainal haqqul al yakin'

Both Tan Sri and TDM are close and both had dreams for the reality of Putrajaya existence at heart.
Tan Sri the executor and TDM the 'Planner'.Both are philotropist.

It was on one of the last 10 days of Ramadan.I am assured.
I kept the mystical meeting all by myself ,until I met his daughter 'Datin' and his son Amir Hamzah at a 'majlis tahlil' some years ago and told them the actual event.

The moral of the story is:

'God pick his rightfull khalifah via the voice of the people, and definately he chooses and pick the wise and able one'.

ONLY THE ABLE ONE!!!!

Politic, Borelitik or Borektik

Politic oh politic what a lulu, a shame you may call me,
If you dont believe me try reading or see the film 'Cry Beloved Country' by Alan Paton
I have none what so ever inclination towards it.
But that doesn’t mean I got no knowledged of it.
Like my brother in clad,we are the 'Minang Murtad'.
I could be as loud as you wanna me to be!

A firm believer in Article 3 till 13 and 121 of the Federal Constitution particularly Article 5 and agreed absolute agreed with Raja Azlan Shah cj (as he was then) in the Judgement of DBKL V Sri Lembah Enterprise.

I have no political thought and political wings inclination of any form even though my up bring years was full with Socio-Political book since my schooling days.
I read Karl Marx,Lenin,Mathadma Ghandi,Mendela,Bishop Desmond Tutu etc.etc till Anita Baker even the Satanic Verses but didn't digest.
I got the Malay Delemma by Tun ,way back in '75 in Singpore shopping, while it was still been outlawed.
'Revolusi Mental' by Senu Abd.Rahman was my 15 the birthday present given by my uncle and 'Kelas Menegah Melayu' by Dr.Nordin Selat was my reading at Form 3.
I was bored with school text book instead my shopping list then, would be comics and SOPO kind of writing plus antologi by Keris Mas,Salmi Manja,Latif Mohiddin and article by groupy 'Anak Alam' base at Panggung Experimental then, intrest me.

Been reading S.H Al'attas since schooling days,'Perang di Kuala Linggi' and many more, personnaly since my student days I regard it as 'Political Junk books'and to my surprise many local political pundits refers to his books as an indication of our political climate.

It is not to my liking, instead of referering to George Bernard Shaw or Isaiah Berlin as point or reference or Sheikh Maududi or the very least Faris Noor.

Well, but it sells to the masses and he do make good bucks from his effort,
but....the masses at large become political junkies, swamps with gossip and back stabbing in the political kow-tao,instead of purelism sort of 'to believe or not to believe'.
However he too, like me took the baayat with Sheihk Nazim (refers to Dec.posting)

Berdosa tahu!
But I am firm beliver in 'JUSTICE,FAIR AND PROGRESS'

My background both ibok and ayah side one way or another are both inter mingle with it.
On ayah roots is of one of the West Sumatraian pious and nationalistic scholar not recorded in any Malaysian History journal.
You find the link here.

Has you heard of Sheikh Sulaiman Al Rasuli?

I must say,if you haven’t,some history lesson on line here.
Great-great Grand dad met his Lord in 1956.Al Fatiha.

I was digging the old photos at Ibu Jak home in Kedoya some years ago and I saw this potriat of Buya Hamka leading a congregational prayers at a muslim cemetery.I suppose Allahyarham Buya Hamka was performing ‘Salatun Jenazah Ghaibin’ prayers done when one has already been buried according to the Muslim ritual.

I notice one very familiar face among the makmum on the congrational prayers.
He was on a ‘Songkok Hitam’ his trade mark and his Ray Ban Dark Glasses,a full attire in an Army Suit.Very exquisite.

Sukarno!!!
That’s him in the picture taken, performing salatul Jenazah Ghaib together with Sahibbul Sammaa’ Murshyid Almarhum Prof.Dr.Hj.Abd Malik bin Abd.Karim Amrumullah(HAMKA).on the the grave site of my Inyik Candung as he is passionately known among his murid and the general public.
His work still stand strong till this day at Candung,Madrasah Tabliyah Muhammadiah Candung.
Graduates from Talbiyah Muhammmadiah Candung are qualified teachers acknowledge by the R.I Department Agama and R.I Department Pendidikan Nasional.
To cut the bio-blogroll short, he was one of the 'Pejuang Bangsa Yang Hakiki' together Almarhum Agus Salim,Hatta,Hamka and the West Sumatrarian clan and the PNI leaders, Sukarno fight for Merdeka in 1946.

Atuk, his son was sentence to excile to Melaka back in the late 20's for fighting against the colonial rule back then.
His son,my uncle Om.Makmur and my Papa Jak was imprisonment by the Sukarno, during the 'Confrontasi Era' in the early 60's
It causes Papa Jak good job in Padang and thus forces him and family migrate to Jakarta in 1966 to find a better pasture.
Alhamdullillah, his is 'cream della cream' of the society in Jakarta today.

As far as ayah is concerned,he does not has any inclination towards politics what so ever.
He has been tame by the British.Like what he does best, that is sports till his retirement days.
No radical political thought in ayah.He follows the wind.

Ibok side.High achivers.
Have you heard 'Perang Tiga Segi' between Riau-Lingga,Dutch and Johore.Johore Empire was back by the Bugis Makassar,Riau by the Dutch and Acheh on it own.
The 'BUGIS' leads by Raja Ali Haji ancestors of Daeng Memanik leads the battle.
This unrecorded genelogist of the family tree was recorded and written by Almarhum my late great grand uncle,my grand dad first cousin Almarhum Hj.Mohd Khalid bin Hj.Abu Bakar(Joe Carlos) but never publish.
Al.Fatiha.Man.........what a man,well spoken and learned man,trim and proper.

The kampong folks could clarified what a standing ovation man he was.
Brave and Bold, thats what the grand old man like.

Him,tracing and tracking the family roots trace back to the days of Raja Ali Haji sttlement at Ketapang ie.an old name for Telok Mas where Hendry Gurney Schools for Boys are located.
Originally,Telok Ketapang was a POW camp for the Bugis caught rebelling against the Dutch. You could name it 'The Dutch Slaughter House'.

It was after the 1824 treaty when Malacca was exchange for Batavia by the Dutch to the Englich EIC,the Bugis rebels was release and find their way home either to Makassar or settling in the area within Telok Mas,Alai,Pernu.
Settling best for, what ever the catch of the day was.

Tracking from verbal document, demostrate by Almarhum my great -grand uncle, the family roots was the first cousin of Shayhid Raja Ali Haji,to remind you,Raja Ali Haji was hang by the Dutch Authority at Telok Ketapang.
His sin was rebelling against foreign colonizer.

Ibok rooting was Alai.
The 'BUGIS', man...........legend brave sea farers, fierce and fire, good merchant and pious people.
Remember the Spice Trade and Ambionan Makassar Rampage.
The ethnic cleansing by the Dutch in Makassarian, reasons was, the Dutch EIC wanted to take control the Spice monopoly helds by the Bugis.
The family tree even though yet to be proven but it is a reliable piece of information.

Tracking my family temprement all the essence is there.

Wait till I publish ,as I have promise one of my uncle, his auto-biography on his life as an SB while serving in the S.P.F back in the 60's,where the nation was swamps with highly organised crimes, internal bricking between S'pore and us, the problems confronted ,The Natrah story,Cleaning The Street from MOB,the underground API AWAS,Trade Union etc 'The Untold Stories'.Gang Fight,The Indonesian Comandor etc, etc.
It was from him I learn the 'LAW' and the essence of the Penal Code.
After serving with total dedication and knowing this man seriousness while executing his job, a rank and file promoted to an Inspector and being the youngest Sargent Major in the force,he couldn't be wrong in the untold tales from the 'South of the Border'.But faith has it tale and toll.

After retiring for nearly 40 years living on a pension, merely $150 a month from the Singapore govt.I thought our Malaysian Police retirement plan had a better deal.

Well,we do come from a well fierces fighter with a caused and definately we are not a rebel rouser.
Quoting from great novelist Pramoedya Anan Teor,
'...kalian memang benar-benar asli, aslinya sebuah Keluarga Gerilya...'
Sa'aman the hero in the novel remarks to his sister Fatimah and another fav. of mine'

Sa'aman advising his sister Fatimah,
'......Tim,sekolah dek?,
didunia ini tidak ada tempat untuk orang yang tidak bersekolah....'

My words is
'....teruslah.... MELAYU jangan Lalok....kerana didunia ini tidak ada tempat orang yang suka lalok....pendek rezeki......

TO BE CONTINUE.........after election

King Rat

This film hits me.I read and saw the film a while back.
Its based on stories of the POW camp during the Japanese occupation.
Some good story base line message.
The title itself represent the message.Among alliance, there would be treachery and arm twisting deal too.

The word 'rat'itself has diffrent meaning and various interpretation.
If someone be called 'a rat' in underground lingo all it means never trust a person.
A manipulative and cunning person for betraying a friendship bondage built.
It happends particularly to a person face with serious allegation in trying to escape any charges brought againts him by turning informer.
Thats how cheap a person can be.

Rats a dangerous species. It represents dirt and a pest to householder.
It is a unhealty creature.
You would find plenty cripping on the street where major food joints and many of them in colony around Bangsar.

Some how, we also have 'living rat'.
In office politics its normal to find rats among us.
In real politics it normal especially now during these pre election fever.
I smell rat this time of the year and a heavy over weight one too.

Some are not rats but mice or hampster which is harmless and are home pet and healty to keep in the house.
As George Owen 'Animal Farm' line.....all animals unite!!
Its time to work.......

All I can say 'until the Falcon meets the Falconeers' no one could be trusted while the election fever is on.

What ever it is, To 'Would be or Wanna be King Rats,
my humble request
'Don't be a rat' and 'Get ready to be experimented in the Science Lab and Beware the rat trap!

There would be question like,
where did you get the Dirty Food!!
From the people?

Only fools knows the value of a lame horse!!!!

George Segal plays Corporal King, an American soldier in a Japanese prison camp who manages all the black market operations amongst the enforced holding of a group of English and Americans. His demeanor and bearing stand out in contrast to the rag tag prisoners he shares the camp with in part because of his willingness to ostensibly advance on the needs of others. He is constantly scrutinized by Lieutenant Grey (Tom Courtenay), the camp police chief as he has gotten reports that King has robbed fellow prisoners in a poker game. It is clear that King takes pleasure in living on what would be considered a clear example of the American Capitalist version of supply and demand, and seeks ways to increase his organization by recruiting talented men like Peter Marlowe (James Fox), an English soldier who speaks fluent Japanese, but refuses Kings offering of money for his services. Marlowe attempts to live by a code that bonds men in way that transcends any financial gain, and in fact considers King an actual friend because he and the American are interred together under Japanese rule. King extends his operation to include trading valuables to the Japanese and breeding rats to sell as food to the officers as a delicacy, activities that Marlowe is happy to aid in because of the smart commercial way that the schemes are launched. The ability to gain valuable items including medical supplies becomes important when Fox injures himself and faces serious physical danger. As Lieutenant Grey closes in to mete out the camp law enforcement his code of conduct conflicts with Marlowe, his cabin mate. Theirs is a philosophy differing slightly and both based on survival with the most reaffirming respect for fellow man they can develop under these war conditioners. As Grey attempts to arrest King and Marlowe for their criminal activity it becomes clear that the commanding officers live by a fractured value system.

What so special about Valentine?

It was a while back I wrote in the blog 10 people I personaly knew whom doesn't practice polygamy.

Hmmmm.....its thought provoking subject.
I suppose one man meat, other man poison kind of situation.

I have a deep thought after recieving an intresting article posted by my sister in Jak.Glad to share it but I really has limited time to translate the story in English.

Its about a man married for 35 years with 4 children, caring and nursing his beloved wife for 25 odd years with tender care, love, devotion and not a bit of thought to practice polygamy.Even given the blessing from his adult children.
His love to his bed ridden wife remain the same just as the vowed he made during the sodomise 'akad' ceremony 35 years ago,
'....in health,in wealth in pain and in hunger,so help me God.'

25 years caring for a stroke patience in something.
I know definate,in matter of fact we,at home nurse our dear father for 2 years before his dimise last 27 of Ramadan 1427 H.It will be 100 days tahlil ceromony this coming 9th.Febuary.'The Father In Law' to me and a very-very respectable man and is closed in my heart.

Lillah.I bare witness to Al Mighty,
this man position 'should be' in the 'Jannatul Naim'.Amin.

As the story goes 'what impress me most is his words when he was interview by a local tv station

'....Jika manusia didunia ini mengagungkan sebuah cinta tapi dia tidak mencintai karena Allah semuanya akan luntur'
translated
'if mankind cherish love more than Allah and doesn't loved becaused of Allah,
all will be destroyed'

hmmmmm...yes,yes,yes...some deep thought.
Go ahead its a nice thought provoking piece.
'What is this foolish thing call love'
It a tittle of a jazz ballad by Art Pepper

Based on True Story..

mengangkat istrinya keatas tempat tidur

Sebelum berangkat kerja dia letakkan istrinya didepan TV supaya istrinya
selepas maghrib dia temani istrinya nonton televisi sambil menceritakan
apa2 saja yg dia alami seharian.

Walaupun istrinya hanya bisa memandang tapi tidak bisa menanggapi, Pak
Suyatno sudah cukup senang.
Bahkan dia selalu menggoda istrinya setiap berangkat tidur.

hanya satu semua anaknya berhasil. Dengan kalimat yg cukup hati2 anak yg
sulung berkata " Pak kami ingin sekali merawat ibu, semenjak kami kecil

menginginkan keadaanya seperti Ini.kalian menginginkan bapak bahagia, apakah
bathin bapak bisa bahagia meninggalkan ibumu dengan keadaanya
sekarang".kalian menginginkan bapak yg masih diberi Allah kesehatan dirawat
oleh orang lain bagaimana dengan ibumu yg masih sakit. Sejenak meledaklah
tangis anak2 Pak Suyatno merekapun melihat butiran2 kecil jatuh dipelupuk

.
saya Memilih istri saya menjadi
pendamping hidup saya, dan sewaktu dia sehat diapun dengan sabar merawat
saya, mencintai saya dengan hati dan bathinnya bukan dengan mata, dan dia
memberi saya 4 orang anak yg lucu2..
