'The God Father' - Exemption Clause

I pick this bits and pieces quite a while ago,when I first started blogging.

It's 'looks' like a rule,sound like 'the' ruled and 'executed' by the rules.

1.I don't use my blog as a space to rant about things I can't handle in real life, or to attack, retaliate or hit out at someone I know personally with whom I can't do so in person.

2.I believe if you can't face up to reality, don't create an alternate reality just so you can be boss in your little corner of cyberspace. What prompted me to write this now? Simply, I witnessed a couple of people who used their blogs as an extension to an argument they had otherwise relinquished in real life. In reality, they said they had spoken their piece and was done with it.

3.In the blogosphere, it seems they aren't actually done with it yet. Too often people use blogs to make themselves out to be the victims in an argument. Last month, there was a similar incident where, again, the person went on her blog and ranted about how she had been wronged.

4.Like I said, if you can't face up to reality, don't use an alternate one to validate youself. It's dangerous to live in an unreal environment and think that the response you get in that space is somehow valid. Your readers and commentors don't know you personally; the only side of you they see is what they read on your blog. Some commentors can be dangerous too. "Oh, don't worry, I've never met you but you feel like an old friend to me, and I know you're not that kind of person."

5.I think ignorant comments like this do not help the delusioned blogger. If you've never met the person, then you've never met that person. Don't think that you know them just by their online persona, because nine out of ten times, people's online personae are the complete opposite of who they really are.

6.It's also dangerous because things become one-sided and no one really knows the truth except to rely on the blogger's version of it. And what's worse is when some bloggers decide to name the people they're ranting against. Then you're involving a person's reputation and if your story is half-true or fictitious (as most of these rants are anyway), you could be held accountable for defamation.

7.My rule in blogging is simple. If I can't handle it in real life, then I don't blog about it. What's the point? What good would it really do? Isn't it akin to talking to myself? If I have a problem with someone, I duke it out person to person, face to face. I admit, I've tried out a bitching space before, but I got tired of it because my problems didn't really go away, and nothing felt like it had any closure.

8.And then there are those who confuse being outspoken with being rude and obnoxious. Hell no, they're not one and the same.

9.Bitching is not being outspoken. It's just angry, pointless and unconstructive ranting. Unless, of course, it's not personal and/or to parody an issue or something.

Having Mesjid India is problemetic enough administratively with DBKL.
Flighting among traders to find a spot for buisness is normal.
Whose money are they going to built on?
The rakyat's money?

Case 2.

Hj.Juno(not real name),a hard working decent fellow decides to buy a piece of land to built his dream home for his family.All his sweat and life saving.He is the ealry immgrant during economic boom of late 70's.
At that phase in time,life was easy.
Beaucratic procedure was less hussle.
Though he could apply for mycard,he didn't,instead he got myPR as good my card .Great ,good enough.
His children were born here and got their mycard.Bravo.

Come Mamat,the broker for the land owner,approaches Hj.Juno,knowing fully well his dream to purchase a piece of land, at a very reasonable price of RM10,000.00 for 11/4acre.
Its a MCL land which means an Agriculture Malay Reserve land.Find.
Thought Hj.Juno,that is precisely what he wanted for my family,a decent home which are built upon hard work and determination.

Not knowing,the fact of the Land is a Grant besar,which means its a big chalk piece of land of 4 acres subdivide into 3 lots of 2 acres,11/4 and 3/4 acres respectively. Inserted in the grant,is 8 other names as a co joint owner of the piece of land.

In principle Hj.Juno agreed to the sale transaction in inserting his sons name into the grant,knowing fully well he is only a joint co-ownwer of the piece.
But his share of piece is only the 11/4 acre.
Identified verbally by the broker.
That is his piece agreed and paid for.

As a bait,the land broker sweet talk him that 11/4 acre that he purchase could be sub divided further into small plots to built 24 small unit of 3 bedrooms houses for let or for sale.
In others words the smiling Hj.Juno could strike rich.
It will improve his social standing among his tribe that is Jawa!
It is every migrant dreams in a milk and honey dreamland Malaysia.

His shared was further sent to a Land surveyor to draw the plan for sub division,
but if order to built his dreams the sub division needed to be approved from the State authority.
That is where all the problems begans.

1.Yes,he did bought the piece and paid for 1 1/4 acres of land and his name was registed as a joint co-land owner in the land but where is the individual tittle?

2.Is is possible to get a individual title after being surveyed and identified its boundaries and submitted to the State Land office for approval but the consent of all joint land owner in writing and signatory is a preliquisit condition for the individual title to be issued by the PTG.

3.How to identified the existing co-land owner?
Are they still alife?
Do you know them?
Will they give their consent?

Nobody knows where the hell and who they are except the Penghulu of the mukim.
Thus,the aid of the Penghulu is vital only if he agrees to help.
Some penghulu are real son of a bitch.
Menyusahkan rakyat and are part of the land scam which caues manipulation of land fraud.

4.The plot however is legally transact but it is an unethical practice by land brokers to sell land only as joint co-owner to the piece of land because in the long process it creates immediated problems of transfering of lanf tittle to new land owner.
Thus Hj.Juno could not identified precisely which spot is his to built his dream house.All joint land owner has the equal access and equal right on all spot of the piece of land.Where is your precise spot Tuan Hj.?

5.Now Hj.Juno wanted to sell his plot for RM400,000 of MCL land of 1 1/4 acre.
Hj.!!!that is a big sum of money for a problematic piece of land at Sg.Chincin,Tuan.

My advise to Hj.Juno.
Sort the individual title Tuan Hj.
Any buyer comes with 'clean hands 'and
'those who come to equity come with clean hands'.

Careful and Beware Boys and Girls !!!!!!

Yeah........at last a bit for news for the boys and girls,particular the 'Sick Old Man',Beware !!
I came across an intresting article here's the link,it really shocking some sicko would do such a thing.

Least in my thought of such a demour character ones have but boys and girls beware.Here this is the present senario here locally,

Senario:

1.A boy falls madlly in love with a girl.

2.They make love thus,

3.9 months later undue and unexpected event happens.The girl got the delivery sign.

4.Panic and not knowing what to do,she wrap the newly born baby in Double-A card box and dump the newly born wee lad at some corner of bus stop.The newly born wee lad died of exhausation, hunger and weather exposure.

Question.

1.Is he and she guilty?
well... know doubt about it.The Penal code Sect.299/300 murder appllies but.....

2.the degree of blame would fall to whom? Boy or girl?

3.well lets put the balance of blame level,

as for sentencing Sect.302 of the Penal Code means death by hanging for the offence of murder but as a thought provoking question .....

-'should we or could we sentence a 20 years old Gals and guys or younger to the gallows as statistic states the numbers of unwanted babies born normally come from that age group is dvastating.'

-First offender and naive for not knowing what that little word, 'I love you ' really meant.

-Is it a public policy to protect the offended young turks from the gallows?
