Didalam penggulungan perintah Tuanku didalam kes
PENGARAH TANAH DAN GALIAN, WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN V. SRI LEMPAH ENTERPRISE SDN BHD [CIVIL APPEAL NO. 94 OF 1978]
dan masih terpakai akan precedent tersebut hingga kini.
Ampun Tuanku,adapun tiada kesangsian akan taat setia patek yang hamba dina ini megutip akan inti pati hujah Tuanku yang amat-amat bernas itu.

kurang lebih begitulah kutipan daripada pengulunggan penghakiman Tuanku yang penoh berhemah lagi bijaksana.

yes,indeed Anon,equity does derive from the old maxim but equity would only be granted we one come to equity with clean hand.
Further,like all good Kings we question and seek,are we able to find a good Kings man when one seek reedress in equity.
